Terms of Service

These terms govern access to and purchases from the DRIVENOVA online store at drivenova.co.za. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Store use

You may use the store only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with store security, misuse the checkout, submit false information, introduce harmful code, copy protected content without permission or use the store in a way that harms DRIVENOVA or another person.

Products and information

We aim to describe products and display images accurately. Screen settings, photography and product updates may cause minor differences. Product use remains subject to supplied instructions, warnings and compatibility requirements.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in South African rand unless stated otherwise. The total payable amount, including the R100 delivery fee and any other applicable charge, is shown before checkout is completed. Payment must be authorised before an order is processed.

Orders

An order acknowledgement does not necessarily mean an order has been accepted. DRIVENOVA may refuse or cancel an order where payment is not authorised, information is incorrect, stock is unavailable, fraud is suspected or an obvious pricing or listing error occurred. Where payment has already been received for a cancelled order, an appropriate refund will be processed.

Delivery

Orders are delivered by The Courier Guy to the supplied street address. DRIVENOVA aims for delivery within 1–3 business days, subject to courier operations, location, public holidays, weather and circumstances outside reasonable control. See the Shipping & Delivery page.

Returns and warranty

Eligible unwanted products may be returned within 7 days after delivery, subject to the published return requirements. Products include a 6-month warranty against qualifying defects. These terms do not limit rights available under applicable consumer law. See Returns, Refunds & Warranty.

Safe product use

Customers must read and follow supplied instructions, confirm vehicle and application compatibility, use correct pressure settings and connections, and stop using a device that is damaged, overheats or behaves unexpectedly. See Product Care & Safety.

Intellectual property

The DRIVENOVA name, store design, text, graphics and other content are owned by or licensed to DRIVENOVA and may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission, except where law permits.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, DRIVENOVA is not responsible for indirect loss arising from misuse, incompatible use, unauthorised alteration, failure to follow instructions or circumstances outside reasonable control.

Privacy

Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. The version published when an order is placed will apply to that order unless the law requires otherwise.
